About The Jaffa, a Luxury Collection Hotel
The Jaffa occupies a 19th-century neo-Renaissance building on Louis Pasteur Street, restored by the British architect John Pawson with the Israeli architect Rami Gil. Its 120 rooms and suites surround a courtyard garden, and the Chapel, once part of a convent of the Sisters of St Joseph, is now an event space. Chef Amos Hayon cooks contemporary Israeli-Jaffa food at ARC; the Ronit Raphael Beauty Spa by L.Raphael Genève covers 400 m², with four treatment rooms and saunas.
